Local Small Group
Starting ~ January 25th ~ In Amarillo
Kirk Manton will be leading a small group called, Extraordinary Life for Ordinary People, based on his book, The Grace of Rain. The group will meet every Wednesday night from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Trinity Fellowship in Amarillo, Texas. The meetings will include; teaching, creative worship, prayer and meditation, group sharing, and more, they will run until April 26th. A free copy of Kirk’s book will be given to those who do not already have one. There is no charge for the group, but you do need to register (button below).
We will be learning together to experience the Extraordinary Life God created us to live. I will be teaching and leading group experiences and discussions focused on my book, The Grace of Rain*, and those key truths I wish I had learned when I first came to Christ.
We will—clear up misconceptions about our true identity; who we were, who we are and how it changes everything.
We will—discover God’s one provision and one goal for our lives—which changes everything else!
Whether a new believer or seasoned Christian, in between the meetings, we will be deepening our intimacy with God. Using tools like the poetry-devotional, The Grace of Rain, we will be exploring fresh ways of quieting the noise in our souls and listening to God’s voice through the arts, nature, the Bible and all other aspects of our lives. We will explore the practical reality of experiencing God’s presence during the times between traditional church meetings and beyond daily devotionals.
God created us to hear His voice. We are saturated with distractions. Let us learn together to quite the noise.
*A Free copy of The Grace of Rain will be given to each group member who does not have a copy already.
